Soar Technologies is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through IT services and solutions. You will collaborate closely with our technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

π§ Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Understand client requirements and work with technical teams to propose suitable IT solutions
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and demos to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and conferences
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM tools

Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Good understanding of IT services, web/app development, and digital solutions
- Ability to draft proposals, quotations, and business documents
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Comfortable working with CRM and productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint , etc.)

- Prior experience in IT/Software sales or B2B client management
- Knowledge of international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or other online platforms for lead generation
- Understanding of Agile/Software development lifecycle (SDLC)

- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 1β3 years of proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT industry)
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply
